recording main score for the film was done using two AKG C414 microphones, an electric piano and recording into protools

Post production audio mix
After receiving picture lock I began on levelling the dialogue making it either quieter because it was recorded to loud or louder because it was so quiet. When that was complete I then began to start working on foley SFX in the studio either with aid of the location sound recordist Matt Capiteux, another student Natasha Sharma but most times by myself by setting the record to loop and going into the foley room by myself.
The Project
For this project I will be sound mixing and recording for a short film. For the duration of this project I will be researching audio post- production techniques, Foley, SFX creation, recording a pianist for the musical score, to aid with the practical part of the project.
